Sweets for a Saturday #17

I'm so glad that Blogger is back on so that Sweets for a Saturday could go up as planned. It's definitely been a good week. I just found out that I passed the Hawaii State Bar Exam. Yippeee!!! That's a load off my mind and I'm now ready to celebrate by looking at all the delicious things that you've been creating in your kitchens this week.     Happy Days! Awesome that you passed your bar exam. My nephew takes his soon - I know it is nerve wracking waiting for the results...so congrats!!! Today I posted two treats I made this week... Fantasy Fudge and a FRESH Pineapple Upside Down Cake. Enjoy!

    I am sharing my recipe for Coconut Pineapple Muffins. This recipe is gluten free, but it can be made using "regular" flour if you don't have an issue with gluten.
