I posted my Mini Derby Pies, "Porker Jack" or Popcorn Pig Candy (a play off of cracker jack), delicious Mint Juleps with Homemade Lemon-Mint Simple Syrup, & Birthday Cake Batter Ice cream with Gooey Butter Cake Bites & Rainbow Buttercream Pieces.     I shared my recipe for Coffee Muffins with Chocolate Chips or Raisins. This recipe is gluten free, but can be made with "regular" flour if you don't have an issue with gluten.
    These muffins are one of my new favorites along with the Amaretto muffins that I posted recently. Yum!
