Just so you know, the batter will not look like a lot when you put it into the pan (I almost thought about making more), but it puffs up beautifully in the oven.\u0026nbsp; Once baked, I finished them off with drizzled white chocolate and chopped almonds.\u0026nbsp; In the end, I decided on the Lemon Squares, in part because I can't resist anything lemony, and also because these are different from any other lemon squares I've ever made.\u0026nbsp; Usually, you would top them with powdered sugar.\u0026nbsp;
